All About Me Publishing and it's subsidiary All About Me Photo Story collects our customers' orders on servers located in the United States. We use the information we collect about you in order
1) to provide our photofinishing services and process your transactions,
2) to provide customer service by using your email and postal address to communicate with you, and
3) to continuously improve our services. Our list of items that we collect and store on our customers are: name, billing and shipping address, email, order details and history, photo prints, and digital photos. Data collected from our submission, ordering and checkout process (excluding payment method) are stored on a local server at our company's headquarters which is in no way connected to the Internet. Materials used for the production of a photo story are submitted by customers on a blank CD which is then to be returned to the customer. All About Me Publishing and it's subsidiary All About Me Photo Story will operate by US Postal Mail in regards to the submission of digital photos and photo prints in order to minimize the risk of property theft and/or unwanted exposure over the Internet. All submissions as .jpeg on a blank CD, and as tradition photo prints ready for scanning shall be mailed to us at: 335 Norlynn Drive, Howell, MI 48843. Any other method of submission such as email will be done at the risk of the sender. Digital images and photo prints will not be shared, misused, or sold by All About Me Publishing and it's subsidiary All About Me Photo Story without the written consent of the sender and/or person(s) captured in the photograph. Consent may be voluntarily given to us or the company may initiate discussions with the image owner in order to use all or part of completed photo stories for promotional demonstration DVDs and for publishing only on the company web site. Payment Information processed online. All About Me Publishing and it's subsidiary All About Me Photo Story uses PayPal for it payment vendor and the data collected such as credit/debit card number, credit card identification code and expiration date is obtained and stored by PayPal. None of our customer's payment method information is viewed or collected by All About Me Publishing or All About Me Photo Story. Similar to our business, PayPal is built on trust and their goal is to earn your trust by collecting only the minimum amount of information that is needed to protect PayPal users (and the PayPal entity) against fraud and by keeping personal information confidential. Furthermore, Paypal protects their users' funds with site encryption technology and account insurance. Their commitment to security is why All About Me Publishing has signed on to be a merchant user of PayPal. Customer information sharing. All About Me Publishing and its subsidiary All About Me Photo Story does not share or sell customer information such as name, dates of transactions, addresses, emails, order details and amounts, and customer-specific buyer behavior analyses. Customer data in our relationship database are not connected or shared with other customers, our vendors, suppliers, and affiliates. The small amount of data collected and stored on all of our customers is used only for our direct communications, direct mailing, delivery upon completion, and to return property used in the production of photo story DVDs.
